505 Youth is a FUN way to get your child moving in various ways to improve their Confidence, co-ordination, agility, fitness and make new friends. 

Classes will vary each lesson and involve a mix of play based games, weightlifting techniques, simple gymnastics, running, rowing, skipping, bodyweight exercises and more.

3:30pm - 4:15pm - Kettlebells 5-8 yrs - Wednesdays

Kettlebell class is for our littlest CrossFitters, ages 5-8 years old. The class is a basic introduction to functional movement through fun and games. Classes are 45 minutes in length. If there is a concurrent adult class children of parents will be taken to the kid’s enclosed area for the remaining time. We suggest bringing activities and snacks.

3.30pm - 4.30pm - Teens - Tuesday and/or Thursdays

Aged 9-12 years old

Kids attend our regular adult CrossFit classes, with their own youth coach supporting and tailoring the workout to suit them. Focus on proper movement, building fitness, and creating a positive mindset around health

Our Youth classes are designed for children aged 5-12 years of age.

8-Week Program Options:

1 class/week – $99 (Kettlebells and Teens 1 x session per week)

2 classes/week – $160 (Teens 2 x sessions per week)
